I nterpret at ion of Data Requirements Adjustment under MEP Order 7

MEP released public notice on 31 August 2017 in terms of adjustment for data requirement under Guidance Document for New Substance Notification in China under MEP Order 7 and the adjustment mainly refers to minimum data requirement as specified in part 4 of the guidance document. Besides it specifies clear waiving conditions for each data endpoint. The adjustment will be effective on 15 October 2017. Ethan graduated from Kansas State University with a Master’s degree in Material Chemistry. He focuses on EU & US market with rich experience dealing with regulatory issues from oversea companies.

Mr. Zhou earned his Master degree in Chemistry from University of Cincinnati. He is a senior regulatory consultant and researching chemical regulatory compliance in AP countries. Bryan has provided practical advice for dozens of foreign companies to meet regulatory compliance requirements in these regions.

Lisa Xu, Senior Regulatory Affairs Consultant, CIRS

Ms Lisa Xu earned her Master degree in Drug Discovery from Imperial College London. She is a senior chemical regulatory consultant of CIRS. She has been researching chemical regulations in different countries and responsible for project management.
