from CIRS by

Webinar introduces current chemical management regulations in China and how to fulfill enterprises’ obligations under these regulations. Detailed operation has been summarized here for EHS and regulatory specialist and related stake-holders to well-understand and follow up.

China Chemical Regulations includes three parts

1. The Measures on Environmental Administration of New Chemical Substance - MEP Order No. 7 , which requires new chemical substance notification in China according to whether it is new chemical in China.

2. Hazardous Chemical Management Regulations , including Decree No. 591, SAWS Order No. 53, MEP Order No. 22, SAWA Order No.55 and so on. These regulations administrate Hazardous chemical products (Substance, Mixtures and Articles intend to release) in China according to whether they are hazardous chemicals - covered by China Hazardous Chemical Inventory and its criteria.

3. China GHS - GB 30000.1~29-2013 for classification and labeling in China. GB/T 16483-2008 and GB/T 17519-2013 for SDS preparation. GB15258-2009 and GB 190-2009 for labeling preparation.
