1.
G20 Summit City
The 2016 G20 Summit will be held on 4–5 September 2016 in the city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It is also the first ever G20 summit to be hosted in China. China’s President Xi Jinping said the venue is ideal as "Hangzhou is a city that embraces a unique style, a combination of history and modernity." at the G20 Summit in Antalya.
2. West Lake
West Lake is man-made and created due to the Chinese love for garden-style parks for recreation. It is the symbol of Hangzhou, and was selected as one of the "12 superb sunset spots around the world" by CNN. Ambling around West Lake at leisure is deemed the best way to appreciate the beautiful scenery.
SMCR 2016 is right to be held in Dahua Boutique Hotel, adjacent to West Lake. The Lakeview Meeting Room is also considered as the best place to enjoy sunset view.
3. Longjing Tea
Longjing Tea, or named Dragon Well Tea by its literal translation, is a variety of pan-roasted green tea from the area of Longjing Village in Hangzhou. It is produced mostly by hand and renowned for its high quality, earning it the China Famous Tea title.
If there is anything you must do in Hangzhou, it has to be teahouse visit. After full day meeting, summit committees will lead attendees to Hupan Ju, the best lakeside teahouse in Hangzhou. Overlooking the panorama of West Lake, Hupan Ju offers a wide variety of local snacks and tea. Sipping your tea, chatting with industry experts or peer enterprises while enjoying the night scene of West Lake, it must be really relaxing.
