CIRS Issued the Original Text and Interpretation of Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation in English, Japanese and Korean

from CIRS by

On 1st Jan 2021, Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR) will replace the Cosmetics Hygiene Supervision Regulation that has been implemented for more than 30 years. CSAR has become the most stringent supervision regulation in the history of Chinese cosmetics, and will have a profound impact on the global cosmetics and raw materials related industries. The implementation of the CSAR will represent the arrival of the 2.0 era of Chinese cosmetics. Enterprises need to have a quick upgrade and adjustment in the half-year transition period to cope with the new regulations and the subsequent series of secondary regulations.

In order to help global cosmetics and raw material companies to understand the content of CSAR at the first time. CIRS group translated and published the English, Japanese and Korean original text and interpretation of CSAR for free.
