Julie Harrington, Senior Regulatory Consultant, CIRS EU

Julie Harrington is a Senior Regulatory Consultant and currently coordinating the cosmetic service at CIRS Europe. She has a BSc. in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and over 4 years’ industry experience in cosmetic & chemical regulations spanning the EU/UK markets to China, South Korea and beyond. Her client portfolio includes luxury brands, cosmetic start-ups, and cosmetic ingredient manufacturers providing her with a broad knowledge of the cosmetic regulatory landscape and the ability to strategize in different contexts.

Yasmine Boulanouar, Senior Toxicologist, CIRS EU

Yasmine has an MS in Toxicology, risk assessment and vigilance from the Farmacy University of Paris-Saclay. She has more than ten years of experience in the cosmetics and consumer products industries, working for companies such as L'Oréal, J&J, and Bic. She specializes in toxicology and risk assessment, as well as regulatory affairs. She is based in Paris and covers the UK and European markets.
