On December 25, 2017, CFDA released the Service Guideline on the Approval of Infant Formula Milk Powder Formula Registration. The implementation date of the Guideline is December 1, 2017.
The contents of the Guideline are mainly from Administration Measures on Infant Formula Milk Powder Formula Registration and its attached documents. One change is that in the application materials, Chinese characters should be no less than Song typeface small four font size (the requirement of the font size used to be no less than Song typeface four font size).
In the Appendix of the Guideline, some common mistakes are listed, please kindly refer to the table below. Enterprises shall pay attention to them and avoid making the same mistakes.
